THE THIRSTY BIRD
A bird was very thirsty. It saw some water in a dish. Oh no! It couldn’t drink the water. The dish was too deep. Suddenly. the bird had an idea. It put a rock into the dish. Then, it put in another. The bird put more and more rocks into the dish. What did the rocks do? They pushed the water was high enough to drink. The bird drank and drank. It wasn’t thirsty anymore!
